His adventure soon ends with a delightful ending that will bring tears to your eyes.
I have three grandchildren under the age of 5 and they visited with me last night. I read this book to them and they LOVED it! My granddaughter informed her mother NOT to touch any of her toys!
The story flowed smoothly and with ease that children could follow. The style in which the author, Gina LoBiondo writes is fluid and allows her readers to engage with the characters. The two boys enjoyed the book as well. I only had to read it to them three times!
The illustrations by Brittany Widler were well done, and the children loved them as well. Not too many pictures and they are done in a manner that is attractive to the children – simple yet rich in detail and impactful.
